Enrollment terms and conditions

1. Registration

Registration implies participation for the agreed enrolment period.

2. Schedule

Students select the number of days per week for each subject. The Study Zone will try to accommodate preferred days and times; all schedules remain subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Fees

Fees are based on the selected schedule and subject. Monthly fees are due at the beginning of each month. Fees for missed or absent classes are not automatically refundable or adjustable. The Study Zone may update fees when required.

4. Additional classes

Classes beyond the confirmed monthly schedule may result in additional charges.

5. Absences & punctuality

Please provide advance notice whenever possible. Students are expected to attend at the confirmed class time.

6. Holidays

The Study Zone may close on public holidays or announced closure dates. Scheduling and make-up arrangements are governed by the current attendance and cancellation policies.

7. Withdrawal

Two weeks’ written notice is requested when withdrawing a student, unless another written arrangement applies.

8. Recording & materials

Recording online or in-person classes without written permission is prohibited. Study materials provided by The Study Zone may not be redistributed without permission.

9. Parent / guardian authority
